A guest lecture was conducted by the Department of Aeronautical Engineering on 20.07.2019 on the title “Professional Career in Engineering Product Design and Development” at Paavai Engineering College (Autonomous). The students of Aeronautical engineering attended the lecture given by Mr.Alaguraj Vellaiappan, founder of MACH Engineers, Coimbatore. He gave a brief presentation among the students regarding software tools like AUTOCAD, CATIA, AUTODESK, CFD, FEA ,ANSYS, HyperMesh, Creo and Solid works. He elaborated the list of companies which uses the software and the pay scale. Earlier, Welcome address was given by Ms.M.Malathika of Second year Aeronautical Engineering, the chief guest introduction was given by Ms.S.Daya Sri of Second year Aeronautical Engineering and the vote of thanks was given by Mr.M.Harish of Third year Aeronautical Engineering. The Head of Department and the faculty members of the Aeronautical departments graced the function with their presence and a total of 110 students attended the lecture.
