The Department of Management Studies, Paavai Engineering College (Autonomous), organized a webinar titled “Design Thinking, Critical Thinking, and Innovation Design” on 30th August 2025, from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. in virtual mode.
The Master of Ceremony, Ms. Devadharshini of second-year MBA, welcomed the gathering. Dr. N. Swarnalatha, Head of the Department of MBA, Paavai Engineering College, felicitated the gathering with a motivational address on the importance of Design Thinking, Critical Thinking, and Innovation Design for MBA students.
Ms. Sindhu of second-year MBA introduced the guest speaker, Mrs. K. Charmila, HRBP, Aram Sei HR Solutions Pvt. Ltd., who delivered the session.
Mrs. Charmila conducted an insightful session on the significance of Design Thinking, Critical Thinking, and Innovation Design. Her address inspired the students to adopt creative approaches and generate innovative solutions through design methods.
The session concluded with an interactive Q&A, where the speaker clarified the students’ queries. Finally, Ms. S. Abinaya of second-year MBA proposed the vote of thanks, expressing gratitude to the guest speaker, faculty members, and participants.
