The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering in association with Energy Club of Paavai Engineering College (Autonomous) organized A One Day workshop on EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE FOR CAREER SUCCESS on 11th August 2022 at Prestige Hall. Dr.M.Premkumar, Principal, presided over the function and insisted the importance of emotional intelligence for students career.
Mr.Prakash Manoharan, AP/MBA, Sanjivani College of Engineering (Autonomous), Maharashtra, was the guest speaker. He addressed the students stating the significance of Emotional Intelligence in education has gained momentum in the last few years and the wide spread recognition of its salience in enhancing classroom effectiveness. Further, he explained about self-awareness, emotional control, self-motivation, empathy and relationship skills with classroom activities. Finally, he interacted with the Students and clarified their doubts about emotional intelligence for career success. The workshop has proven to be very inspiring and informative for the students.
Earlier, Selvan.K.Prasad, III year EEE welcomed the gathering, Selvi.M.Risheba, IV Year EEE introduced the chief guest and Selvan.S.Sathishkumar, IV Year EEE delivered the vote of thanks.
