The Paavai Institution’s Innovation Council, Paavai Engineering College organized a Guest lecture on “Session on Achieving Problem: Solution Fit And Product-Market Fit” on 24TH Feb, 2026 with Mr.A.Lakshmanakanth and Mr.A.Ramnath, Co-Founders, Shield X Syndicate Pvt Ltd, Salem, Tamil Nadu, India, as the resource persons. This Guest Lecture was coordinated by Dr.T.Arunkumar along with Mrs.S.Suganya and other faculty members. Dr.K.SELVI, Dean-Academic, Paavai Engineering College delivered the Presidential Address on the occasion. Ms.R.Abarna, Third Year, Biomedical engineering, Paavai Engineering College delivered the Welcome Address on the occasion. Ms.K.Muthukarpagam, Second year, Biomedical engineering student introduced the Guest Speakers Mr.A.Lakshmanakanth and Mr.A.Ramnath, Co-Founders, Shield X Syndicate Pvt Ltd, Salem, Tamil Nadu, and India.
The guest speakers shared their knowledge about Problems and Solutions among the students and the faculty members with many examples. Also they explained participants to understand common challenges faced in academic, professional, and personal contexts, and to develop effective strategies to overcome them. The speakers explained about their own startup company and the product they invent. The company is associated with Shield X helmet-sanitization vending machines. The session emphasized critical thinking, problem identification, and practical solution-building skills. The session was very energetic, interactive and informative. They are answered the questions raised by the students. The program came to an end with the vote of thanks proposed by Mr.S.Velmurugan, Second year, Biomedical Engineering student of Paavai Engineering College. The Management, Director-Admin, Principal and Staff members provided all the support to make the event a very successful one.
