On behalf of Paavai Engineering College we successfully launched Radiosonde balloon on 03.05.2024 in collaboration with NRSC-ISRO at college premises, to predict various atmospheric parameters like temperature, humidity, pressure, wind speed & direction etc., The event was honored by Shri N.V.Natarajan, Chairman, Paavai Educational Institutions. The main intention of the project is to understand the boundary layer process, radiative transfer calculations, air pollution meteorology, weather prediction, climate monitoring and to validate the same parameters received from satellites.
