Mind Leads: Be the Person Others Listen to

The program “MIND LEADS: Becoming the Person You’d Listen To!” was organized by the Confederation of Indian Industry – CII Indian Women Network (Campus to Career Initiative) on 10.03.2026 at 10.00 a.m. in TATA Hall, PIF.

The event began with a prayer song rendered by K. Poojasri and B. Nithyashree, III Year CSE students. The welcome address was delivered by M. N. Sakaana, III Year CSE, who warmly welcomed the dignitaries, guest speakers, and participants.

Following this, S. Sivaranjini, III Year CSE, presented the Vision and Mission, highlighting the goals and purpose of the program. The presidential address was delivered by Dr. K. K. Ramasamy, Director–Admin, Paavai Institutions, who motivated the students to develop leadership qualities and a positive mindset.

The guest speaker was introduced by R. Nithyashree, III Year CSE. The keynote address was delivered by Saelvizhi Balaji, Convener of Salem IWN and Partner of Sri Jayasakthi Rice & Oil Mills, Salem. She shared valuable insights on leadership, responsibility, and personal development.

A special session on Mindset Development was conducted by Gayathri Prakash, Founder of At The BRIM Entrepreneur, Chennai. Her session focused on developing a growth mindset, improving decision-making skills, and building self-confidence. She encouraged students to believe in themselves, face challenges positively, and learn from failures. She also explained the importance of positive thinking, good communication, and responsible behavior in becoming a successful and respected individual. The session was motivating and helped students understand how the right mindset can lead to personal and professional success.

The program concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Mrs. Ishwarya, Co-Convener, Salem IWN, who expressed gratitude to the speakers, organizers, and participants for making the event successful.

Overall, the session was informative and inspiring, helping students understand the importance of mindset, leadership, and personal growth.
