Paavai Engineering College along with CII IWN (Tamilnadu) conducted a session entitled “PERSONAL BRANDING & POSH” on 09.09.2023 (Saturday). The girl students at Paavai Engineering College, Paavai College of Technology & Paavai College of Engineering attended the session. The resource person of the day Mr. Sreeanand Chandran, Senior Technical Manager, Kyndrl (US & German Porfolio) acquainted the students with various goal fixing tips and how to accept success and failures and maintaining the balance. He also enlightened the students about self-protection and the need for it. In case of any issues making your higher authorities understand your situation and its importance was emphasized during his talk. The students interacted with the subject expertise with their queries and illuminated themselves.
