On January 25, 2025, Paavai Engineering College, Namakkal, hosted a special event to promote Paavai Organic Farming and local produce. The event, held at the Kalpana Chawla Open Ground, featured the sale of Gongura (a leafy vegetable) grown using organic farming methods. Organized by Paavai Organic Farming and Paavai Velaan Mandram, the event aimed to encourage healthy, sustainable agriculture.
