Paavai Engineering College in association with CII-IWN(TN) conducted a webinar titled “GOAL SETTING” on 20.08.2022. Ms.Rajalakshmi, Co-chair of IWN Tamil Nadu, educated the students about IWN and C2C. Ms.AnuradhaNagarajan, resource speaker flabbergasted the students with the IKIGAI concept and enlightened themabout the importance of goals in life, and how a mind map of our goals can be brainstormed. She also briefed on, what helps the students to focus on one goal at a time and how one can manage and eradicate limiting beliefs.
