The Alumni Association and the Department of Information Technology of Paavai Engineering College jointly organised a one-day Guest Lecture on Robotic Process Automation on March 7th , 2023. Dr. M. Premkumar, Principal, presided over the function. In his presidential address, he explained about the Current affairs in detail.
Dr.S.Srividya, Prof and Head of the Department, Information Science and Technology, BNM Institute of Technology, Bangalore explained briefly on the types of bot and a demo of creating and installing of bot. She also suggested many learning platforms and global certification courses on the Robotic Courses. She described the challenges faced by Industries and she also initiated that innovative minds of younger generation would bring solution to the problem faced by industris. The chief guest clearly answered the queries raised by the students.
Ms.S.Devadharshini of the third year IT welcomed the gathering. Ms.S.L. Nivetha from final year IT introduced the chief guest. Faculty members and students actively participated in the programme and made it a grand success. 150 participants were benefitted from the programme. In the end, Ms.N.Reema of IT proposed the vote of thanks.
