The Institution’s Innovation Council of Paavai Engineering College has organized an online guest lecture titled “Business Model Canvas”on 21.05.2022 from 06.30 p.m. to 07.30 p.m.Dr.G.Venkatesan, Assistant Professor, Department of Business Administration, Sona College of Arts and Science was the resource speaker.
The online guest lecture started with the welcome address and chief guest introduction by S.Sreetherasene from third year ECE, Paavai Engineering College.The session continued with the resource speaker talk. In his address, he first explained the meaning for business model. He also explained about the various tools to analyze and create business models. He also elucidated about the various building blocks such as customer relationships, key resources, cost structure and other segments involved. He described in detail about the revenue streams and value proposition too. He also gave some real time examples of various business models created.
The session ended with a Vote of thanks by Safa from second year Bio-Medical Engineering of Paavai Engineering College. Dr.R.MohanaPriya,Convener of IIC, Associate Professor of ECE, Mr.S.Sathish, Assistant Professor, ECE along with faculty members, and around 350participants were present in the online guest lecture session.
