Paavai Engineering college along with CII-IWN (TN) conducted a webinar on “ENTREPRENEURSHIP” on 13.02.2024 (Tuesday) for all girls. Mr. M.P. Ezhilarasan, Manager, Leadership Hiring, Career Tree HR Solutions Pvt Ltd., educated the students about knowing the entrepreneurs. He encouraged the students with the concept of understanding Money, Man & Material Management and enlightened them the importance of Confidence for an entrepreneur, how a mind map of our goals can be converted to a successful business. He also briefed on the importance of writing our own story. He insisted the students to read a book by Richard N bolled – What colour is your Parachute? The students raised their queries and interacted with the resource person.
