Paavai Engineering college along with CII-IWN(TN) conducted a webinar on “WINNING PERSONALITY TRAITS” on 22.10.2022 (Saturday) for all girls. The resource person of the day Ms. Pon.G.Nithya enlightened the students with a book “7 habits of life” which enlisted all the personality traits for a win. She insisted on developing a correct map and following the map which in turn will help us push ourselves from the comfort zone. She also suggested the students to learn to collaborate and write stories. The concept of emotional bank account was clearly explained with many short stories. The students raised their queries and made it a win-win session.
