Paavai Engineering college along with PEC-IIC conducted a seminar on “COMMERCIALISATION OF LAB TECHNOLOGIES AND TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER” on 31.01.2023 (Tuesday) for all the food technology and pharma students. The resource person of the day Mr. Shurya Rajendran, Head of Business Development, Amilma Ice-creams, Namakkal enlightened the students on product evaluation and the importance of finding solutions for the problems.
He insisted the necessary process of transferring technologies corelating India’s position in technology commercialization. He also suggested the students to explore various funding platforms and opportunities like NaViC. The difference of having recent technological advancements were emphasized. He also made the students to think how their ideas must be overcoming already available products. The students interacted effectively and had a fun filled session.
