At Paavai Educational Institutions, placement is viewed not merely as securing a job, but as building the confidence, competence, communication, and character required for lifelong success. With this vision, an intensive month-long Placement Training Programme was organized for students of Paavai Engineering College and Paavai College of Engineering, engaging over 2500 students through focused training and mentorship.
Led by Career Guidance Expert Mr. Ashwin, Mr. Manoj, and their dedicated training team, the programme emphasized Aptitude, Verbal Ability, Communication Skills, and Confidence Building—equipping students to excel in today’s competitive placement landscape. The initiative significantly enhanced students’ confidence, communication abilities, and employability, reinforcing Paavai’s commitment to shaping confident professionals and future leaders.
