The 6th Anniversary of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 @6 was organized by the Mechanical and Civil Departments of Paavai Engineering College in association with the Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC) and Technology Innovation Centre (TIC). The programme was conducted in online mode on 31.08.2026 from 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m., with the participation of around 86 students from various departments of the institution.
The session was handled by Mr. Udhaya Raj, Lead Senior System Analyst, Tamilzorous Private Limited, Salem, and Paavai alumnus. The activity focused on creating awareness about the vision and significance of NEP 2020 and its role in transforming the higher education system. The expert shared valuable insights on the importance of technology, continuous learning, skill development, innovation, and industry-oriented education.
His professional experience in full-stack development, database management, cloud technologies, and mobile application development provided students with practical exposure to current technological trends and industry expectations. The interaction motivated students to enhance their technical competencies, adopt innovative approaches, and prepare themselves for future academic and career opportunities.
