The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Young Indians (Yi), Yi Paavai Innovation Forum (PIF), Institution Innovation Council (IIC), and Entrepreneurship Development Cell (EDC), Paavai Engineering College, jointly organized a seminar on “The Entrepreneurial Mindset – A Beginner’s Guide” on March 5, 2025.
The event was presided over by Dr. M. Prem Kumar, Principal, who, in his presidential address, emphasized the importance of entrepreneurship. He shared valuable insights on transforming an innovative idea into a successful business that can have a lasting impact.
The seminar featured Mr. Saravanan, Managing Director, Grand Royal Tours Pvt. Ltd., Mr. S. Gurushankar, Project Lead, Startup TN, Salem Hub, and Mr. R. Mohan, Project Associate, Startup TN, Salem Hub, as resource persons.
The event aimed to inspire and cultivate an entrepreneurial mindset, which enhances personal development, career growth, and problem-solving skills. Adopting this mindset equips individuals with the tools to navigate challenges and create meaningful value in life.
The seminar began with a welcome address by Ms. C. Hemalatha (III IT). Faculty members and students actively participated, making the program a grand success, with nearly 200 participants in attendance. The event concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Ms. D. Bharathi (II IT).
