The Department of Food Technology and the F5 Association of Paavai Engineering College conducted a technical seminar on “Flavours and Their Applications” on 19.10.2024 for all food technology students. The resource person, Ms. Benita Celestine A, Trainer in Bakery Applications at Takasago International India Pvt. Ltd., Chengalpattu, captivated the students with her insights into the chemistry of flavours and their applications in the food industry. She enlightened them on the value, limitations, and advancements in flavour processing. The session was both insightful and engaging, offering a deeper understanding of flavours.
