Food Technology Department Guest Lecture Conducted

The Department of Food Technology has conducted a guest lecture entitled “SPIRULINA – LIVELIHOODS AND BUISNESS VENTURE” on 03.09.2022 (Saturday). The students of Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Agricultural Engineering of Paavai Engineering College&Biotechnology students of Paavai College of Technology attended the guest lecture. The resource person of the day Mr.C. Sridhar, proprietor, A Spiruv-V flabbergasted the students with various cultivation processes of Spirulina, Mushroom and Azolla. He also enlightened the students about the health benefits of spirulina and its scope as a business venture. The students interacted with the subject expertise with their queries and illuminated themselves.
