The Microbytes Innovation Club of the Mechatronics Engineering Department at Paavai Engineering College organized the Brain Teaser event on March 10, 2025. Dr. D. R. P. Rajarathnam, Head of the Department, inaugurated the event, which saw enthusiastic participation from 61 students across various departments.
The event comprised three exciting rounds:
- Preliminary Round: Participants answered 20 general knowledge questions in 20 minutes. Based on their scores, 16 students progressed to the second round.
- Second Round: Contestants identified 20 logos of well-known organizations, with the top 5 students advancing to the final stage.
- Final Round: Participants first identified the correct answer for a given image and then arranged a related sequence. The top two performers were selected based on their overall performance.
The event concluded with Dr. P. Srinivasan, Head of the Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Department, distributing certificates to the winners and runners-up. The competition was a resounding success, fostering critical thinking, problem-solving, and intellectual engagement among students.
