The Department of management studies of Paavai Engineering College Organized Alumni series Webinar titled “EFFECTIVE TEAM BUILDING MANAGEMENT” ON 30th September 2022, with Mr.B.KANNAN MBA., alumni 2012-2014 batch, Manager/ Finance & Operations, Jet Group of Enterprises, Hosur as the Guest Speaker.
This program was anchored by Ms.V.Geethanjali, MBA Student & Welcome Address was proposed by Ms.S.Ramya, MBA Student. The Guest was introduced by Ms.N.Subhiksha, MBA Student.
The Alumni Guest Speaker Mr.B.KANNAN MBA, in his speech explained about the need and means of “EFFECTIVE TEAM BUILDING”. He instituted on on the importance of Goal Setting, the methods of Building an Effective Teams building. , the team management schemes required of the manager, the tactics of extracting the best from a team, about the role of communication in a team, role of motivation and attitude in a team, etc. His speech was a source of inspiration for the students, on being a good team member and as well to be a successful team builder too.
The vote of thanks was proposed by Ms.B.Beneta, MBA student. The function was successfully organized by the staff & students of MBA department with Ms.N.Devipriya, AP/MBA as the event coordinator under the able guidance of Dr. S.Sumathi, Professor and HoD of MBA.
