She completed B.Com in 1998 from Sri Sarada Niketan College for Women, Karur and MBA in 2000 from Sengunthar Arts and Science College, Tiruchengode.
She completed her M. Phil in 2007 from Bharathidasan University and M.Com in Manonmaniam Sundaranar University. She had been awarded the Doctoral degree with specialization in Human Resource with 15 years of teaching experiences in various institutions.
Her areas of interest are accounting for managers, Financial Management, Marketing Management, Retail Management and Human Resource Management. She has published 12 articles in National and International Journals. Her specialization are Human Resource Management and Marketing.
She has served as NSS Programme Officer for Five Years from 2013-14 to 2017-18 and conducted Five NSS Special Camp on the topic Health, Public Sanitation and Personal Hygiene and Youth for Cleanliness.
She was appointed as one of the member of the Board of Examiners for adjudicating the Ph.D. thesis. She has organized various workshops, seminar, and conferences in national and International level during her service.
She is ready to work in the areas of knowledge with the motivation and enthusiasm to achieve individual and institutional goals.
