Pedagogical Initiatives

Pedagogical approaches are crucial for delivering content and adapting to the audience. One month before the semester begins, courses are assigned based on faculty members’ preferences or expertise. Subsequently, faculty members meticulously develop lesson plans, assignments, and quiz questions tailored to their assigned courses. All course materials are aligned with these plans and outcomes before being uploaded to the digital library. Faculty members employ diverse pedagogical strategies to enhance the teaching-learning process, supported by a departmental system that ensures fair course allocation and workload distribution. Faculty input is sought, and initiatives such as integrating real-world examples into application-based courses are implemented to achieve teaching objectives.
