As per the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (prevention of Atrocities) act, 1989, No. 33 of 1989, dated 11.09.1989) , To adhere the guidelines of Government of India and by following the directions issued by AICTE, Paavai Engineering College (Autonomous) has constituted the Scheduled Caste (SC) /Scheduled Tribes (ST) Committee is to ensure the continued welfare of the reserved category.
This committee is responsible to ensure SC/ST students’ academic growth and grievance Redressal.
