The workshop was inaugurated with the prayer song at 02:00 pm in the presence of chief guest Mr.V.Aravindhan,Guest Speaker, Principal, Faculty Coordinator along with the student participants.The Presidential address was delivered by Dr.M.Premkumar, Principal, Paavai Engineering College, in which he highlighted the importance of skill development in this technological world. He motivated the students to enrich their skills by participating in competitions, presentations and opening up themselves for global market. The session was carried over by the guest speaker Mr.V.Aravindhan, Past Chair, Yi Salem Chapter, Deputy General Manager, Hotel Grand Palace and CEO cum Proprietor of MSV group, on the title Blue Ocean Strategy, in which he gave a brief about “Blue, Red and Purple Ocean” and with many case studies he made the students to involve in the discussion about the same. Then, he conducted an activity on the titles which are some examples of Blue and Red ocean strategy, in which the students gave their ideas and opinions. Mr.Abhishek Rajvil Chair, Yi Salem Chapter, welcomed the gathering, gave a brief introduction about “The Future” and the Guest Speaker. The session ended around 04.30 pm with the vote of thanks proposed by Ms.S.Sughi, IV ECE, Paavai Engineering College.
