The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering organized a two days CSIR sponsored workshop on “Intelligence of Silicon Carbide (Sic) And Its Impact in Industry 4.0’’ on 27th & 28th October 2023. There were four sessions led by four resource speakers and seventy attendees. Twelve faculty members, fifty-three students from different educational institutions, and five research scholars attended.
The session started with a warm welcome by Ms.G.Nithya shri II yaer ECE, the host of the event. They outlined the objectives of the workshop and introduced the guest speakers.
The function was inaugurated with our chief guest Mr.T.Marthandam,operational manager ,ABE and Neuraai solutions Pvt.Ltd,Chennai.Dr.M.Premkumar,Principal ,Paavai Engineering college gave a presidential address Dr.M. Sudha, Professor and Head,ECE convened the gathering. Our chief guest Mr.M.Marthandam a renowned expert in materials science, delivered a keynote address on the significance of SiC in the Industry 4.0 revolution.
The event was organized by the Faculty coordinators Dr.S.Vijayakumar,Professor /ECE,Ms.K.Prasanna Mery,AP/ECE,Mr.S.Loganathan,AP/ECE,Mr.S.Satheeshkumar,AP/ECE along with student coordinators P.Naveen,M.Niranjan,H.P.Hariprasath,A.Riyasan,K.Rajeshkannan from Third ECE in the cute hall.
