On 05.06.2024, the Department of Food Technology and F5 Association, Paavai Engineering college conducted a Seminar on “NUTRITIONAL AND THEREPEUTIC ADVANTAGES OF MILLETS”. The resource person of the day Dr. Senthilkumar, AsP- Department of Food Technology, Kongu Engineering College, flabbergasted the students with the basics of millets and its importance in day-to-day life, He also briefed the different types of millets, processing techniques, nutritional benefits. It was insightful and interactive two hour session where students bloomed with various perception of queries in millet processing and millet based projects.
