The Youth Red Cross of Paavai Engineering College in association with the Institute of Quality Technical Safety Management organises the “First Aid and Fire Safety Training Programme” on 9th November 2022 in Vishwesvaraiya hall from 9.30 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Mr. John Great son (IQTS) Salem was the Guest speaker. The inauguration started with the prayer song. The welcome address was given by M.Mukila from III-year Biomedical Engineering. Dr.K.Ramaswamy, Director Administration gave the presidential address and explained the importance of first aid and fire safety and shared his experience with first aid.
Mr. John Great son (IQTS) guest speaker addressed the students and discussed the significance of first aid and fire safety. the Importance of safety measures and safety wears. They also trained the students in the handling of fire safety equipment. After the session, the guest speaker clears the students’ queries. The vote of thanks was delivered by N.Lara Arulishiya from second-year Pharmaceutical Engineering. Dr.M.Premkumar, Principal, Mr. S. Sathish, YRC Coordinator, faculty members and 200+ students participated in the first aid and fire safety training Programme.
