The department of Information Technology, Paavai Engineering College organized a one day webinar on “IOT with Cloud App Integration” on 14th august 2021. Mr.A.MohamedRilwan, Final Year B.Tech/IT welcomed the gathering. Dr.M.PremKumar, Principal, Paavai Engineering College (Autonomous) delivered her presidential address on the occasion and the chief guest Mr.M.sabarinathan, Executive Manager, Gateway Software Solution, Coimbatore. He gives the brief introduction about the IOT technology, the machine-to-machine type of communication in IoT and also gives the applications of IoT. He said that “Future is based on the IOT Technology” and suggest the students to learn this Technology. Then the next guest speaker Mr.P.Vishnu, AI Developer, Gateway Software Solution, Coimbatore. Take over the floor and explain the methods to integrate cloud with the IOT Technology and need for the integration of cloud with IOT. He ALSO explained about arduino board, microcontrollers and, sensors used in the IOT. Then the floor is opened for the participants for queries. Then the vote of thanks was proposed by Ms.M.Sneha Final Year / IT. The session was very informative and interesting.
