The Department of IT inaugurated ‘Growing Coders Club’ and organized a guest lecture program on the title of “Develop Eyes for your Application using AI”. The session was inaugurated at 2.00 p.m. by Dr.K.K.Ramasamy, Director Administration, Paavai Institutions, in the presence of Head of the department IT, faculty members and the participants from various departments of IT, CSE, and MCA students of Paavai .
The keynote address was given by the guest speaker Mr.Kishore Chowdary, C# speaker, MVP, Lead Training Associate, Codesizzer Pvt Ltd. He expressed his sincere gratitude to Paavai Engineering College for their support. He expressed his experience as a student which gave him confidence to face the real world outside the campus. The session was carried over on the title “Develop Eyes For Your Applications Using AI”, in which he gave a brief introduction about application programming interface and detailed about Microsoft .He elaborated the development of Bluetooth using code and listed some companies who actually need coders. He explained the technique to use custom vision and a demo to use custom vision technique .He also insisted the overview of custom vision, classification and object detection and optimization. He worked out a project by feeding Dr.APJ Abdul Kalam’s photo as input to store the photo in memory of the system so that it could identify the photo wherever it is present in the system. He suggested his fellow juniors to focus on the core engineering opportunities.
He expressed his gratitude to correspondent madam for their constant encouragement and morality which has made him to reach great heights in his life. He rendered his heartfelt thanks to the Management, Head of the Department –IT and the faculty members. Mrs.M.Shanmika, Third year IT, Paavai Engineering College, welcomed the gathering. The session ended around 4:30p.m. with the vote of thanks proposed by Ms.R.Sornamugi, Final year IT, Paavai Engineering College.
