The Department of ECE, in association with the Fine Arts Club, organized a Pencil Art (Mandala Art) event for the students of Paavai Engineering College on September 18, 2024, from 2:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the M208 Seminar Hall. The students depicted their Mandala Art in various themes such as “Save the Girl Child,” “Unity in Diversity,” and “Gender Equality.”
This event helped students enhance their ability to concentrate, focus, and develop fine motor skills. It provided them with an opportunity to engage in the art form and demonstrate their cognitive and creative abilities.
Around 100 students participated in the event, showcasing their talents. Mrs. R. Tamilselvi, Associate Professor of EEE, Paavai College of Engineering, served as the jury for the event. Dr. R. Mohana Priya, HoD of ECE at Paavai Engineering College, was the convenor, with faculty coordinators Dr. M. Udhayavani, Associate Professor of ECE, and Mrs. S. Vijaya, Assistant Professor of ECE.
