The workshop was inaugurated with the prayer song at 02:00 pm in the presence of chief guest Mr.Ajit Moorthy, Co-Chair, E & I Vertical Yi- Coimbatore Chapter, Director Administration, Principal, Faculty Coordinator along with the student participants. The Presidential address was delivered by Dr.K.K.Ramasamy, Director Administration, Paavai Institutions, in which he highlighted the importance of skill development in this technological world. He motivated the students to enrich their skills by participating in competitions, presentations and opening up themselves for global market. The session was carried over by the chief guest on the title Future of Leadership, in which he gave a brief about the Dr.B.R.Ambedkar’s speech about our independence in the year 1949 and made the students to involve in the discussion about the same. Then, he conducted an activity on the titles – Eliminate, Raise, Reduce and Create, in which the students gave their ideas and opinions. Mr Abhishek Rajvil Chair, Yi Salem Chapter, welcomed the gathering. Mr Sakthivel J, Chair, Yi Yuva introduced the chief guest. The session ended around 12:30 with the vote of thanks proposed by Ms.Durga, III ECE, Paavai Engineering College.
