Paavai Engineering College has inaugurated the Indian Society for Technical Education student chapter on 17.12.2021 through online mode Dr.M.Prem Kumar, Principal, Paavai Engineering College honored the chief guest and gave presidential address. Mr.B.Venkatesan HoD / IT and secretary of ISTE PEC introduced the department association office bearers.
The ISTE student chapter chair person Ms.V.Amulya III year Information Technology was explained the ISTE activities for the year 2021- 2022. Dr.A.Sankara Subramanian, Chairman, ISTE Tamil Nadu Section, was the chief guest of the inaugural function. He insisted the importance of ISTE student chapter to the students. In his talk, he expounded about the role of department association and how students should be actively engaged themselves with the association. In his conversation, he elaborated the ways to develop the field of interest in their respective domain. He narrated a small story for the students to elucidate, the importance of concentration on their work. He pointed out that the technical up gradation plays an important role in the development of projects. He inspired the students with his knowledge to think innovatively, to analyze the real world problems in transmission sector for developing solutions through their projects.
