Department of Computer Science and Engineering and Software Development and Information Management Club (SDIMC) organized a 3 day workshop on, “CHIP BASED HARDWARE ASSEMBLING AND TROUBLESHOOTING” from 11.2.2019 to 13.2.2019 in Cute Hall. The workshop was inaugurated by Mr.J.Pradeep, Proprietor, Mario Infotech Solutions, Coimbatore. Dr.K.SELVI, Dean Academics, Paavai Engineering College presided over the function. In the first day, the session was handled by Mr.J.Pradeep Proprietor, Mario Info Tech solutions, discussed on the components present inside the PC with its functionalities followed by a Hand on session on how to assemble components in the case. On the second day, Mr.Dyan, Managing Director, Mario Info Tech Solutions presented his views on Networking and its functionalities and followed by Hands on how to setup a network structure. On the third day, he discussed about the functionality of Radio Frequency. Assessment is done to identify the level of the students at the end of the session. All students are interacted in all sessions. Totally 36 students of third and second year of CSE attend the programme. At the end of the session, the students gained more information on the internal components of computer physically and also the students enhanced their knowledge in the field of assembling and troubleshooting
