The Review & Re – View programme was organized for second years, Third years & Final years student of Paavai Engineering Colleges from 16.07.2019 – 27.09.2019 at Brilliant Hall, PCE. The Purpose of this review programme was to check, revise, identify and progress status of the goal of each student. The programme was handled by Shri.CA.N.V.Natarajan, the Chairman, Paavai Institutions. The Sessions were held for final year students, the third year students & Second year students according to the departments. The programme started with the prayer song and lighting of the Kuthuvilakku. The Chairman initially narrated the life incidents of Ms.Shanmugapriya and Mr.Muthan. He described the hardwork, perseverance & confidence of Ms.Shanmugapriya, who belongs to rural background had made tremendous change in her academic & communication skills, which helped her in getting good opportunities at CTS & she settled at the best in her life. He emphasized that, this education or degree would change the life style of the person. Next, he explained the story of Shark, which depicts psychology of an individual. He said that, the moral of the story, for action to be successful, one should not have any preconception or pre-notion and it should be tried with almost care & concentration. Then, he illustrated that, those who write their goal will achieve the success for sure, for that, he enunciated the life incidents of Ms.Sumathi, who use to write her goal. He explained that she became doctor as she desired. The science behind writing the goal was to activate reticulate part of the brain which will stimulate an individual to act & reach the goal on time. Further, he showed the video on Dr.C.Palanivel, founder Gem Hospital, to illustrate that, those who write their goal, will achieve success. Next, he described the life of Mr.Muthusamy and Mr.Mustafa to focus on the topic, that the goal will make life fruitful and beneficial, life without goal is meaningless. He said that Mr.Muthusamy from a very poor family, determined himself to be a lawyer and achieved successfully with constant hardwork and devotion towards his studies. But Mr.Mustafa, who was from a rich family, did not have a proper goal, habits ruined himself to death. He also highlighted that the alumni from Paavai Institutions were at good position, because they determined and dedicated themselves towards their goal. For instance, he cited Mr.Sugavin, Mr.Praveenkumar and Ms.Mathichandra, who are at good designation now. Finally, he showed power point for highlighting the different career opportunities in the field of higher education, jobs in companies and entrepreneurship. He explained each domain separately with the list of opportunities ahead. He concluded by showing the statistical analysis of people who write the goal will always succeed. He enunciated the success circle which, encompass the path to victory. He sang and he made students to do some exercises to make them motivated. After that, he asked the students on enquiring about their arears. He instructed the students to write the answer for the arrear subjects to make themselves graduate at the end of their course. From this session the students were able to identify themselves and act according to make their future colourful. Around 2500 students were beneficiaries from this programme. The Programme came to an end with National Anthem.
