National Service Scheme, Paavai Engineering College and Namakkal Postal Division, Namakkal, jointly organized a Aadhaar Enrollment and Updation Special Camp held from 05.02.2020 to 10.02.2020 at college premises. This Special camp conducted for registering the biometric details for new Aadhaar card and making the corrections on Aadhaar card such as Name, Date of Birth, Father Name, Address and so on along with the valid proof documents. Also on the Aadhaar card the Mobile number and E-Mail ID added for the required persons. The intention of this camp Aadhaar card holder will no longer have to stand in long queues and pay any charge to get their address changed on the identity card. In this camp, Dr.M.Premkumar, Principal, Paavai Engineering College, Mr.P.Murugesan, Superintendent of Post Office, Namakkal Division, Namakkal, Mr.R.Sivakumar, Marketing Executive, Namakkal Postal Division, Namakkal, Team Members, Mr.C.Rathnakumar, NSS Programme Officer, Paavai Engineering College and B.V.Maheswaran, NSS Programme Officer, Paavai College of Engineering were present and they supported for this Aadhar special camp. Totally 538 persons (500 students and 38 staff members) were benefitted by this programme.
