The Department of EEE in association with Energy Club, Paavai Engineering College has conducted a one-day workshop on “(W) INNER ENGINEERING”(Equip with tools 2 Reprogram your Mind) on 18.09.2021 at 11.00 a.m. through Microsoft Team platform. Dr.M.Premkumar, Principal, presided over the function and insisted that the importance ofNeuro-linguistic programming (NLP)to the students for their education and for their career.
Dr.K.Logasakthi, NLP Master Practitioner – MMM (MIND MEGA MATTERS) Associate Professor –SoM, Vel Tech University, Chennai,was the guest speaker. In his special address, he explained about Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP) and itslearning activities. In his presentation, he elaborated the basic concepts of VAKA model of learning i.e. pattern of thinking. He explainedabout Visual learners that is they are individuals who prefer to take their information visually with charts, graphs, diagrams, maps, and others. Further he clarified about auditory learners are individuals who learn better when they take in information in auditory form when it is heard or spoken and further he elucidate about the Kinesthetic learners, who prefer to learn by doing.
