The Institution’s Innovation Council in association with the Entrepreneurship Development Cell of Paavai Engineering College has organized an online webinar on “Entrepreneurship and Beyond” through the Microsoft team’s platform on 26.11.2021 from 11.30 a.m. to 12.30 p.m.
The event started with a welcome address by Tharini from the Final year MCT. Jenish from final year Mechatronics introduced the resource person Mr. Markandan Maharajan, CEO-Shrewd business solutions, Founder H2HU and Junior Kalam. The session continued with the resource person talk. In his address, he stressed the importance of time and how to use it effectively. He added that “I can, I will ” can bring a lot of changes and students should follow this in their life. In addition, he enlightened the students with a few tips to start and run a business successfully. He also encouraged the students that “Innovation is important for an entrepreneur”. He insisted the students follow their dreams and goals, work towards it without giving up on any kind of situation. Followed with his address, queries were posted by the students. The session ended with a Vote of thanks by Harichandar from the final-year Mechatronics department. More than 250 participants attended the event.
Dr.K.SundaraMurthy, Vice President of IIC, Professor of Mechanical, Dr.R.Mohana Priya, Convener of IIC, Associate Professor of ECE and, Dr.P.Pugalenthi, EDC Coordinator, Dr.R.T.Ajay Karthick, Associate Professor, MCT along with faculty members, internal and external participants were also presenting in the meeting.
