Guest Lecture on “CAREER OPPORTUNITIES IN AEROSPACE SECTOR” and MOU SIGNING CEREMONY with DILEKA AEROSPACE was organized by the Department of Aeronautical Engineering on 30.12.2021. Dr.M.Premkumar, Principal Paavai Engineering College delivered the presidential address about the importance of skill development and opportunities available for entrepreneurship, startups. A MOU was signed between Paavai Engineering College and DILEKA AEROSPACE a registered company having its office at Pudukkottai-614624, Tamil Nadu, India who are engaged in Assembly of Aerospace Structures, Designing of Aero-Mechanical products. R&D works in Air tools and Equipment, Production and Servicing of Aerospace tools.
Mr. S. Gopinathan, CEO, Dileka Aerospace, Belgaum, Karnataka delivered the chief address about the scope of career opportunities for aeronautical students in aerospace sector, skills needed for getting jobs in core companies. He also elaborated his company’s journey and encouraged the students on how to become an entrepreneur in Indian Aerospace Sector. Earlier the welcome address and the chief guest introduction were given by Ms.R.Deepika Sri of final year aeronautical engineering and the vote of thanks was given by Ms.S.Meyyazhagi of third year aeronautical engineering. The event was coordinated by the faculty Mr.K.Gokulnath, M.E., Assistant Professor from the Department of Aeronautical., Dr R Arravind, Head of Department and the faculty members of the Aeronautical department and other faculty members graced the function.
