The valedictory function of Faculty Re validation Programme was held at Kalam Chamber at Paavai Engineering College on 30.05.2022 at 02.00pm. The expert members and special guestDr.C.Sathish, Director, Paavai Group of Schools was honoured by the Chairman with shawl and memento. Dr.C.Sathish, Director, Paavai Group of Schools gave a special address. He inspired all the faculty members by his life incidents as a teacher. He expounded the various nuances of teaching skills. He further focussed on the attitude such as accountability and commitment as a teacher. He concluded by saying that teaching of a teacher transform the students life into an exemplary manner. After that, feedback was registered by the faculty members. The concluding remarks were spelled out by the Dr.A.S.Kandasamy, Prof Emeritus and Dr.Uma Prasad, Prof English, expert members. The valedictory address was delivered by Shri.CA.N.V.Natarajan, Chairman, Paavai Institutions, in which he pointed out the efficacy of teaching-learning process. The Correspondent madam felicitated the gathering by her spell bound words. The programme came to an end by Vote of thanks proposed by Mr.Ponmanian, Assistant professor, Food Tech, PEC. Earlier, Dr.K.Subashini, Head, FDD welcomed the gathering. All the Principals and HoDs of Paavai Institutions graced the occasion. Totally 230 Faculty members attended and benefitted from the programme.
