Conference titled “MARVELS OF PYRAMID ARCHITECTURE” (For all Department Students) was organized by Department of Civil Engineering, Paavai Engineering College (Autonomous) on 09.06.2022 from 02.00 p.m. to 05.00 p.m. at Smart Hall.
Er.N.Manickam, B.E., MIE, FIV, Managing Director, Thangam Associates, Rasipuram was the Chief Guest.
The function starts with prayer song by the students. S.U.Sushmaa, final year student of Civil Engineering department welcomed the gathering. Shri. CA. N. V. NATARAJAN, Chairman, Paavai Educational Institutions, Presides over the function. P.N.Thenswetha, Second B.E.-Civil, introduced the chief guest of the day. Smt. MANGAI NATARAJAN, Correspondent, Paavai Institutions, felicitated the gathering.
Key note address was delivered by our chief guest Er.N.Manickam, B.E., MIE, FIV, Managing Director, Thangam Associates, Rasipuram. He narrated about the various job opportunities in Civil Engineering field. He also explained about the practical experience of Civil Engineering to students.
Followed by chief guest address, students of Civil Engineering Department shared their experience on construction of “Pyramid of Grace”.
Prof.K.Sharmiladevi, HoD/Civil and Dr.A.Vivekanandhini, HoD/Agriculture was the jury members.
The students from various departments and colleges presented their papers titled on “Marvels of Pyramid Architecture” and certificates were issued to the participants by the jury members. V.Dharani, Second B.E.-Civil delivered the vote of thanks and the conference has completed with National Anthem.
Totally 110 number of students actively participated and in this Conference and 30 Students presented the papers from various departments and colleges and the conference was successfully completed.
