The Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering organized the fine arts club event on account of ‘Vinayagar Chathurthi’ on 30th August 2022 at 2.00 p.m. The events were drawing and pencil sketching. It was attended by 40 students from all the departments of Paavai Engineering College. Dr.P.Pugalenthi, Professor, Mechanical was the Jury. He encouraged the students to participate in these type of events to bring out their inherent talents. He also appreciated the efforts taken by the department to carry out regular club activities.
The event was conducted in the Main Building ECE department Smart Class room No.M214. T.Parameswaran from the third year ECE got first place. Mr.G.Nandhakumar, Fine Arts Club coordinator along with student coordinators S.Sretharssene from final year, B.Dharani from the third year ECE organized the event. Dr.R.Mohana Priya, Associate Professor,ECE, Association Coordinators, faculty members from ECE, event coordinators and other members of the fine Arts club attended the event. As per the feedback collected from the students, they felt it was an opportunity to showcase their talents and improve their art skills.
