The Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering in association with Energy Club of Paavai Engineering College (Autonomous) organized a One Day workshop on Fundamentals of Arduino and IoT on 20th October 2022 at prestige Hall, Paavai Engineering College. Dr.M.Premkumar, Principal, presided over the function and delivered his prudential address .He insisted the importance of Fundamentals of Arduino and IoT in modern technology.
The Resource Person of the day Dr. D. Boopathi, Assstant Professor, Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Paavai Engineering College, Namakkal. He emphasized the significance of a modern technology that allows two-way communication where data flow is providing operators with a better fundamentals of the Arduino and IoT. He demonstrated the importance of Arduino with various software like IDE, CISCO Packet Racer software. He listed out the uses of Arduino board based on the ESP32 / ESP8266 micro controller and supporting of IoT Cloud currently connection via Wi-Fi, LoRaWAN (via The Things Network) and mobile networks.
The workshop was organized by Professor & Head of the Department Dr.G.Balaji and coordinated by Mrs.G.Uma Maheswari and Mr.M.Raja.
Mr.R.Sanjai , III year EEE welcomed the gathering, Mr. Komara Prasad, III Year EEE introduced the chief guest and Mr. Baranikarthick.T, III Year EEE delivered the vote of thanks. Totally 252 students from various colleges participated in this workshop.
