The Institution’s Innovation Council in association with department of Civil Engineering has organized a Webinar on “How to Become a Successful Entrepreneur” on 17.11.2022 from 10.00 a.m. to 11.00 a.m. Er.S.Saifulla, Proprietor of SM Associates, Salem was the resource speaker.
The Webinar started with the welcome address given by Nikalya.S, Third year Artificial intelligence & data science, Paavai College Engineering. The chief guest introduction was given by, A. Kumaraguru, Final year Civil Engineering. Dr.A.Immanuvel, Principal and President of IIC gave valuable Inaugural address about Entrepreneurship.
The session was continued with the chief guest Er.S.Saifulla on the topic of Entrepreneurship. He gave brief introduction about Entrepreneurship. The session mainly focused on, Entrepreneurship, characteristics of entrepreneur, skills developed to become a successful entrepreneur, Idea Generation and Innovative Thinking. In his speech he gave detailed explanation about Financials and financial approach to kick start project, business plans and Introduction to the Start-up Communities and new Start-ups. The session ended with a Vote of thanks by Hariprasanth.M, Final year Civil Engineering.
Dr.J.Narendran, Vice President of IIC, Mr.S.Prabhu, Convener of IIC, Heads of all the departments, faculty members of various Departments, and around 50 students of various departments were present in the workshop session.
