Paavai Engineering college along with Department of food technology & F5 Association conducted a seminar on “CONCEPT OF FARM TO FORK IN DAIRY” on 23.08.2023 (Wednesday) for food technology students. The resource person of the day Mr. S. Jayachandran enlightened the students with the importance of dairy and their products. He explained the process of milk and manufacturing of various products from milk. He also enlightened the students about innovations related to food. The types and nutrients composition of milk was explained in the session. The importance of Food technology, its benefits, and opportunities available through them were elaborated. The students interacted effectively.
