Paavai Engineering college along with CII-IWN(TN) conducted a session on “CAREER OPPORTUNITIES IN GOVERNMENT SECTOR” on 18.11.2023 (Saturday) for all second-year girls. The resource person of the day Dr. V. Radha Devi enlightened the students about understanding various exams conducted by the Government and she educated the children on the value of applying for and being ready for each exam. The four Ps – Plan, Prepare, Practise, and Perform were what she insisted upon. She also gave the students information on the curriculum and test patterns for the Indian Armed Forces, UPSC, SSC-CGC, banking, and Railways examinations (RRC and RRB). During the workshop, the focus was on the TGC examinations, or Technical Graduate Course exams. The significance of the GATE examination, along with its advantages and prospects, were expounded upon. The students had productive interactions.
