Guest lecture titled “Industry 4.0 & its Applications” on 03.01.2024 organized by the Department of Mechatronics Engineering, Paavai Engineering College, Namakkal.
It was aimed at providing awareness to students about the Industry 4.0 & its Applications. Welcome address was given by, Srikanth II MCT. Dr.Francis Luther King, Associate Professor, Department of Mechanical Engineering, Swarnandhra Engineering College of Technology, Andhra Pradesh was the resource speaker. Srikanth, II MCT introduced the resource speaker. Dr.Francis Luther King gave introduction about the Industry 4.0. He explained about the process of using Industry Applications to create new or modify existing business processes, culture, and customer experiences to meet changing market requirements. Also, he described about the major domains of industries. At the end, he briefed the various job opportunities in industry. Around 80 students participated in the guest lecture. Queries were asked and it was clarified by the resource speakers.
The session ended with a Vote of Thanks by S.Poovitha, II MCT. The event was organized by Dr.D.R.P.Rajarathnam, HoD/MCT and Mr.R.Karthick, Assistant Professor/MCT.
