The Institution’s Innovation Council in association with the Department Of Electrical And Electronics Engineering of Paavai Engineering College has organized an online webinar on “Intellectual Property Day” Online Webinar on Advanced information on Intellectual Property Rights ” through the Microsoft team’s platform on 26.04.2024 from 6.30 P.m. to 07.30 p.m.
The session continued with the resource person’s talk. He emphasized on the significance of this webinar as well as the numerous operations of our IIC & EDC cell. Earlier Selvan. Komaraprasad, IV Year EEE, introduced the Chief Guest. Mr.K.Senthil Kumar, Assistant Professor & Training coordinator,Department of Information Technology.K.S.Ranagasamy College of Technology,Namakkal commenced the session with a quote “Innovation is equal to Creativity and Commercialization”. He has talked about the definitions of intellectual property and intellectual property rights, the global IPR regime, and Indian laws governing IPR. He concluded the session using Bill Ford as a real-life example. He concluded the session by insisting the participants to develop innovative ideas
