Talent Quest for India of Paavai Engineering College have organised a guest lecture on the title “Career Guidance” on 23.04.2024 from 11:00a.m. to 1:00p.m. Mr. R. Sudharshan, TQI ULLAS Project Manager was the resource speaker. The function started with the prayer song followed by the welcome address by Ms. S.Devadarshini from 3rd year Computer Science Engineering, Paavai Engineering College.
Dr.M.PremKumar Principal of Paavai Engineering College added his presidential address. He appreciated volunteers, when we welcome our chief guest by calling him as (anna) and addes that brotherhood will never goes off among us,as he mention it as ‘Affinity’.He demonstrated the problems are the opportunity to gain knowledge and decision making skill. He spoke with sparking words that ‘The great leaders are a problem solver. He ensures that apart from study or skills attitude showcase a person in every situation. He also motivated and encouraged the volunteers for their activities and the impact they created among the school students.
The chief guest Mr.Sudharshan Anna thanked the management for the continuous support and cooperation form volunteers, he added that Paavai TQI volunteers are there, whenever required. Their support is enormous in the field.
The resource speaker addressed the lagging skills in today’s generation and suggested government exams for software also for core volunteers. He planned for upcoming years with new spoc’s also shuffled our volunteers with our teams. He continued explaining the various job opportunity ideas for our volunteers. he described the opportunities available for Engineers. In this guest lecture Mr.S.Sathish, TQI Coordinator of Paavai Engineering College and 90 volunteers were participated.
The session ended with a Vote of thanks by Ms. Ragavi 3rd Year-Computer Science Engineering,Paavai Engineering College.
