The Department of Management Studies, in association with the EDC Cell and IIC at Paavai Engineering College (Autonomous), organized a guest lecture on “Entrepreneurial Thinking as a Key to Business Success” on August 21, 2024.
The event began with a welcome address by Ms. G. Nithya Shrri, a third-year ECE student. The presidential address was delivered by Dr. M. Premkumar, Principal of Paavai Engineering College, followed by a felicitation speech by Dr. T. KalaiSelvi, Director of the MBA program.
Ms. K. Meera, another third-year ECE student, introduced the guest speaker, Dr. C. V. Sujaritha Saravanan, Managing Director of Akshaya Organics, Salem. She highlighted Dr. Saravanan’s successful journey as an entrepreneur.
Dr. Sujaritha Saravanan led the session by sharing insights into the essential skills required to become a successful entrepreneur. She discussed her experience in establishing Akshaya Organics and the strategies she employed to achieve business success. She also shared inspiring success stories of various entrepreneurs, motivating the students to pursue their goals with determination.
The program concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Ms. G. Nithya Shrri, expressing gratitude to all the dignitaries, faculty members, and students for their participation.
